Caelan

Caelan Morris is a Perth-based lighting designer working across theatre, dance, and live music. His work focuses on using light to shape atmosphere, support storytelling, and respond to the energy of performance.

Caelan holds an Advanced Diploma in Production and Design (Lighting) and is currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Lighting at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, graduating this year.

His lighting design for Tomas Clifford Got Stood Up toured across Australia, including performances in Albany, and earned him a nomination at the Green Room Awards.

Working across theatre, concerts, and dance, Caelan is interested in lighting that evolves with movement, music, and narrative, collaborating closely with creative teams to realise the vision of each production.
